Fabulous, private location in the heart of Killington, just minutes to the lifts and even closer to all the restaurants, bars, markets, delis and ski/snowboard shops that the Access Road has to offer.

Excellent internet and cell phone service.

This 3,000 sqft chalet sits on a 1 acre lot at the end of a cul-de-sac, giving privacy year round and with exceptional winter views of Killington Peak.

MAIN LEVEL
Kitchen/dining room fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, stainless steel appliances granite work tops and seating at island as well as dining table.
Spacious living room with flat screen smart TV, gas fireplace and seating 8 comfortably.
Shower room.
Generous primary bedroom with renovated en-suite bathroom and closet.
There is a large deck accessible from the living room, with outdoor table, chairs and BBQ and offering gorgeous views south towards Killington Peak.
Also on this level laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

UPPER LEVEL
Two further bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One room has a queen bed, the other, bunk beds and a king, which can be separated to two twins. Small deck off both bedrooms with south facing views to Killington Peak.

LOWER LEVEL
Large family room with 70" screen smart TV and sound system, sectional sofa and full size futon (bedding supplied).
Mud room giving safe storage space for skis/snowboards/mountain bikes/wet gear!
Walkout through mud-room into the garden.

Perfect Ski House

Great house and location - just a few minutes drive to the Killington resort and restaurants, making skiing with friends very easy. House was perfect for our group (3 couples) and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend booking!!!

We had a great time at this property. It’s right off the access road and super convenient for both skiing and nightlife. Lucy was helpful and communicative and the house was perfect for our needs as a group of 8 people- four adults, four kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every way

I would recommend this property to anyone and will look to stay here again. Perfect place for families to stay as there are multiple floors and plenty of room for kids to play and adults to relax. All amenities were top notch and you can tell the owners paid great attention to detail. The view of Killington was spectacular both during the day and at night. Minutes to all the restaurants and shops on Killington Rd. 5 stars!

There is no negative about this house. It has the perfect set back location, yet it is close to EVERYTHING. The house is immaculate and very spacious. We look forward to renting again!

Great family ski getaway

My family and I had a fantastic time in this perfectly located home that was very close to everything. We appreciated that the house was stocked with all the essentials and bedrooms were perfect for everyone. Our only issue would be that the stairs and walkway to the house wasn’t shoveled prior to arrival and we had to do so ourselves.

Excellent MTB house

Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful house just minutes away from Killington mountain. The whole experience was excellent and the communication with the owner was impeccable. She even went above and beyond the call of duty to return some items left behind. Will definitely stay again. 5 stars 🌟

Great Family Ski Weekend

We just returned from our family ski weekend. The house was perfect for my family of 8. A very well appointed kitchen with plenty of space. The main floor living room with a fireplace was a warm and cozy place to enjoy football and board games. The beds and sheets were super comfy! Being able to bring our dog was such a blessing! She loved the snow! Would highly recommend!
