Other Things to Note:
This property is on excellent open water of the Colorado River, easy to boat right off the lifts.

DOG Friendly with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 dog limit under 80lbs. Must complete a Pet Agreement and provide a copy of the current vaccination records.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.

Stellar Lake front spot!

Our group of 8 had a fabulous time at thia property. Well decorated, maintained and supplied! We had eveything we needed to relax or have fun. Cooking meals alwas easy to do with the well appointed kitchen. Loved reading through the guest book and seeing that everyone agreed with us--this spot is special!

Just Perfect

We absolutely loved our stay at this lake house! The home was clean, well-organized, and spacious perfect for our group of 10. The views from the kitchen and dining area were stunning, especially during breakfast with the lake as a peaceful backdrop.We spent hours kayaking and swimming off the dock, which was a highlight of the trip. The backyard, surrounded by tall pine trees, offered plenty of shade throughout the day and created a serene, natural setting. This house truly felt like a peaceful retreat, and we would absolutely love to return to this same spot in the future.

Family Fun and Special Memories

I can't say enough good things about this property. It was very clean, cozy, comfortable and inviting. They had everything we needed to prepare our Easter dinner, and meals for a couple of days. The grandsons and Pop Pop enjoyed fishing and the rest of us enjoyed watching or just relaxing. I love when a property on the water goes the extra mile to provide kayaks! It is one of the deciding factors when I rent. The beds/pillows were comfortable and each bedroom had a TV meeting my husband's criteria. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us, yet it didn't feel too big either. Everything was well taken care of and I'll be making plans to return soon!

Beautiful home with a beautiful lake view!

The house is immaculate, and incredibly clean. Gorgeous interior and design makes the most out of the lake views. We loved the peaceful view of the lake, use of the kayaks and lily pad, and firepit. We rented a pontoon boat nearby, to enjoy the lake. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to return in the future.

Family Vacation

We had a great family weekend. The weather was wonderful. I enjoyed the patio seating and the kids enjoyed swimming off the dock on the floating pad. My grandchildren each caught their first fish off the dock. It was lovely to all sit at one table for family meals. Be sure to double check listing details. It lists as a 5 bedroom but the room break down shows 6 bedrooms. My only complaints would be the pet hair on the sofa cushions and lots of decor that we had to move to fit our things for a 4 day stay Otherwise it’s a good place to relax and enjoy time together. .

Exceptional place

This place was perfect for our 2 families. Very convenient location and great part of the lake. Amenities were just as described and it had everything we needed and more. The porch was perfect to spend nights outside. Even though days were hot out on the lake, there was an amazing breeze on the patio. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay…

The girls had a blast fishing and playing on the Lilly Pad. The house was in great shape… the listing mentions construction so there have been some updates. There is a dishwasher, and the screened in porch is now an enclosed dining room, which was great with views of the lake. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Would recommend.

Awesome Views

Gorgeous location with perfect access to the water. We brought the boat and the lift worked perfect with access straight to the lake. Next time we will also bring the skis for the lift next to it.

Get getaway!

We loved this property. Plenty of bedrooms and great location on the River. Quiet community and easy access to groceries, boat launch, restaurants. Everything you need is here!! The only complaint we had really has nothing to do with this property itself. So mainly just an FYI for other renters. The neighbors many cats roam the yard and irritated our dogs, that we did bring with us. Couldn’t leave the dog food outside for them during the day as the cats would eat it all. Other than that this is a fantastic property and we will be visiting again. Highly recommend

The house was ok. It was close to town, and we had family photos made by a photographer on the dock that turned out beautiful. I should have checked the square footage, because the house was smaller than I thought it would be. No dishwasher. The dock was not suitable for a boat rental.

Property was great for us with some of our kids. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable, porch and breeze way added places to hangout. Dock is great for chilling with the lily pad. Little things could be improved - like ice maker didn't work and we weren't aware.

Great house for family gathering

We had a very nice stay at this house with all of our adult children. The house is a great set up for a large group, with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The outdoor spaces are excellent! There is a covered carport area with nice seating, a screened in dining area, a beautiful treed yard, a covered dock, and nice boat launch area. We had plenty of places to congregate over the weekend. We had an issue with the AC, which was attended to in a timely fashion. My only recommendation would be to bring any special kitchen things you might require if you plan on cooking, as the kitchen is pretty basic. We planned ahead and had no problems.
