Although we did not have time to enjoy the pool or spa...both looked great and were easily accessible. The staff was exceptionally accommodating. The food in the restaurant was nicely prepared, tasted great and was in more than sufficient quantity. The complimentary continental breakfast was excellent and more than sufficient to support the day's activities. I would definitely book here again.

The rooms and properties were very nice and well maintained. We found the dining service to be less than want we expected, especially the continental breakfast where we were never served at the same time and had to keep asking for parts of it. Overall the staff was extremely friendly and we were able to walk into town from the property (on a large hill). The AC in the room worked very well and the balcony was nice to sit out on even for the garden side. The pool was very nice (didn’t try the spa).

A lovely place. Staff a little distant but soon warm up on engagement with willing guests. Clean and not as stuffy or misty as feared. Position and location fantastic; above the bustle but still very much in Kingstown with easy access to the ferries and port.
