We loved our stay here and already want to come back. All the staff were so kind. Especially the ladies that brought our dinner to the room, thank you for a great experience. This was THE BEST hotel we have ever stayed at. We stayed in the ‘Mizuho Western Room with Open Air Bath, Mt. Fuji View’. From start to finish, everything was spot on - the staff were all super friendly and attentive, the room was immaculate, the views of Fuji from our private onsen were stunning (very lucky with the weather) and the food (Kaiseki meals served in-room) was incredible. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a special stay!

This was the best resort stay I have ever had! The staff went over and beyond what was expected. The view was spectacular! The food was including the room dinner and breakfast were amazing. The amenities were equally as amazing, so many different things to do that we actually didn’t have enough time to do them all unfortunately. I would love to return at some point.

10/10 views of Mt. Fuji and incredible hospitality. While it’s not located near much, there’s plenty to do on the property with multiple onsens and private baths, a beautiful garden, a nightly drum show, and several restaurants. They also offer a private shuttle from nearby train stations like Mishima. It’s a paid service, but highly recommended for a smooth and easy arrival. At times, it felt like an all inclusive resort thanks to the way the stay is set up, with in room dining, unlimited drinks, snack rooms, and a full lineup of amenities.

Everything is excellent, top notch. The staff English is not good but they try everything to help. They were nice and very helpful. We left an expensive Jewelry in our room and we realized that when we came back home at USA, we contacted the Hotel, they immediately replied and tried every effort to send it to us. Now we have it. Thanks. We will come back the area and will stay here again next time.
