The room with the mountain view is amazing! Even the lovely public bath has a mountain view. So close to FujiQ Highland. Convenient bus stop that connects to other areas around Kawaguchiko! Room is quite spacious for 2, with a table & 2 chairs to chill by the large windows. Will definitely stay here again!

One of my favorite hotels I've ever been to in Japan. Paid extra for the Mt. Fuji view and it was 100% worth it. Transit was extremely easy as both main lines were just across the street, making it easy to bus to Mt. Fuji. Hotel had great / fun excursions that I recommend you try.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly! They did a great job helping a foreign traveler. The amenities were great - I appreciated they let you choose what you needed rather than overstock a room. The room was clean and cozy. The most amazing part was the onsite onsen. So relaxing and perfect after several days of traveling.

I’ve stayed in this property 3 times. Each time the staff has been exceptionally polite and helpful. Great English communication if needed. The Onsen on site is amazing with a fantastic view of Fuji. I haven’t tried the restaurant for dinner myself so I can’t comment on that but for breakfast it’s great. The hotel is also 5ish minutes from the FujiQ Highland stop so it’s convenient to get to if travelling from Tokyo and it’s half an hour one way to the Chureito Pagoda and half an hour the other way from Lake Kawaguchi. I’ve recommended this hotel to anyone who is staying in the area.

There was an amusement park about a 5 minute walk away! What an awesome surprise! Plus ever coaster there, was meant to break a Guinness World Record!!
