The hotel is located 15 minutes walking from the station and close by a grocery store and food options. The location is prime to see Mount Fuji as long as the clouds don’t obscure the mountain! There is a roof top terrace for viewing. The room was spacious and they do provide new towels daily. The bathroom is the standard Japanese style. There is breakfast available too that is Japanese style. Overall, would recommend to anyone staying in the Mount Fuji area to stay here.

Exceptional view to Mt Fuji from the roof terrace and from some bedrooms. Very helpful and polite staff. The breakfast is not great but is ok. Surprisingly, the hotel restaurant is near the station (15 min walk) but this is ok because the hotel provides transport. The food there is very good. Overall, I would stay in this hotel again.

Spacious property with mt Fuji views. It’s a 20 min walk from the train station so inconvenient to get to if you have large bags. Staff were not always helpful and were not transparent about the local pricing options for cabs and other services as we could not take pictures to translate it

Quite pleasant stay with a view of Fuji Mountain right from the window. The hotel has shuttle bus to send the guests to the bus station.

The hotel was OK, but the rooms are pretty terrible. The beds are very, very hard. Our room (103) had broken lights and the toilet smelled like the sewer. The humidity was also very high, like high enough for the clothes we had on to be damp. It was nice having a restaurant on site and the food was completely adequate. But I was shocked for the beds to be so hard because other reviews said they were comfortable.

Hotel is nicely situated and comfortable. Staff is attentive . However the room and bathroom smell like an open sewer and the hotel has a tinge of sewer smell everywhere. Our room stench was very bad and unfortunately spoilt the feeling of the hotel.

Loved our room with view of Mt. Fuji! The roof top area was just as great for pictures. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.
