The facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I extend my sincere gratitude to Eddie, Gus, Thomas, and the restaurant staff, Eric, Tin Tin, and Katie, for their outstanding assistance with my elderly mother during her breakfast visit. We stayed in the so called larger 42sm suite. I wonder howxyou measurexthat as it was cramped to say the least. The big thing we did not like is there was no security check when getting into the lift going to the room. Just walk in and press the button up you go. Room card not required.

The hotel provides free shuttle that it takes you to the MTR Station. The good buffet breakfast. The friendly waitress and waiter. The chef brings out fresh baked pineapple bread. The room is clean.

All the staffs are so good and polite. Especially the staff near the door. They opened the doors for us most the time especially we carried luggages or bags. I also liked to mention Victor he is a very helpful person. I’ll book this hotel again next time.

Hotel staff are nice and helpful. Shuttle bus is helpful but only run once an hour and stop early evening. Hotel is far away from Mong Kok even though it looked closer on the map. Streets are difficult to navigate. Lots of sharp turns that take you off your path.

Nice stay in Hong Kong

Friendly and helpful staff. Ease of check in & out. Very clean and has a laundry area (coin operated) with free transportation to surrounding areas. Comfortable room but had to get used to the small bathroom sink and shower. Eatery: A McDonald’s directly across the street.

The hotel interior looks nice while the cleaningness of the rooms could be a concern. Also, the rooms are not very well kept given it's a 4-star hotel. The helpfulness of the front desk staff was a hit and miss, but the manager on duty during my stay was willing to listen and tried his best to resolve issues.
