"It was a nice and clean room. And a nice hot tub we did use privately. We book a transfer from airports, and two tours. It was perfect. They take care of us very well. "

"There was an issue the first night. Electrical issues forced us to transfer to another local, unaffiliated property...which was not at the level of comfort and amenities we expected or had paid for. That said, the hotel went out of its way to correct the issue, first by upgrading our rooms, then reaching a mutually agreeable price correction. All in all, a great stay!
