Great customer service checking in and good customer service checking out. I liked that you needed a key card to get into the hotel for extra security. Continental breakfast was good and well stocked every morning. Bed and pillow were uncomfortable. The bathroom doors got stuck multiple times. The WiFi was also spotty to where our movies were draggy. Pool and hot tub wasn’t clean.

The beds were not big enough for 2 people. Had to sleep on the floor while my husband slept on the bed. The carpets were filthy and the bathrooms very outdated. The elevator was extremely rickety and slow. We ended up using the stairs during our stay.

Overall such a great stay and the room was perfect. Only downside was that we extended our check out time until 1 pm instead of 11 am online and room service still came early to try to clean the room. After that we felt as if we were rushed cause even when we stepped out of our room to check out the lady was standing at our door and asked us again if we were checking out. Overall such a great experience though I would definitely book again.

I would never stay at this hotel again. The room was right next to the elevator. The elevator & AC are extremely loud, kitchen staff are so rude and unfriendly. Their breakfast isn’t anything special. The rooms & grounds are very outdated. There’s an unpleasant smell throughout the hallways. The elevators are super slow & overall a rundown hotel.
