Completely renovated and furnished apartment with completion April 2024. Consists of two double bedrooms, living room/kitchenette, bathroom and 2 balconies. Nearby Supermarket, Pharmacy, Pizzeria and Restaurant. Great location, quiet area, 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by Bus (stop in front of the house) from the Railway Station and City Center. With the same Bus you can reach in 15 minutes the Port for the sea line transport to the 5Terre and Golfo dei Poeti. In 30 minutes it is possible to reach both by car and Bus Portovenere-Lerici-San Terenzo-Fiascherino-Tellaro and other characteristic Maritime localities of the Bay. All the localities of the 5Terre can be reached by Sea, Train and car (limited parking during the summer period).
