good stay for visiting Cinque Terre

Great stay in close proximity of Cinque Terre, even if the unit we were assigned to was different from the one we booked because of unavailability of the selected one. Ended up in the historical center of La Spezia, in a 2bdrm (instead of the booked 3bdrm), which was great for shopping and strolling, but a bit noisy for a family stay, and not parking friendly if you are traveling by car. Overall a good experience and a good stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Be careful, we have a confirmed reservation and they sell the department to another costumer , when we arrived the lady in charge was very rude and the told us to go to another place and hang up the phone. The worst experience ever!!
