Pour ceux qui aime les matelas plutôt mou seront servi.Mauvaise évacuation d'eau dans la baignoire(stagnait)et doit tirer plusieurs fois la chasse d'eau pour évacuer. Hôtel aurait besoin d'être rafraîchi un peu. Un + Accès au lac l'autre côté de la rue. Plusieurs table de picnic et chaise Adirondack de disponible au bord de l'eau pour passer un moment paisible.

Location, Quality of the accommodations. breakfast was great. the pool area was very clean and well set up. Just a wonderful stay. there was only one luggage buggy for the whole hotel. they might want to invest in several more.

L’endroit est vraiment beau, l’eau de la piscine bonne température, expérience spa très bien. La seule déception le restaurant et bar fermé. C’est un excellent endroit à voir

While the physical aspects of the property could use some work, nothing major, the place was very clean, welcoming, bright & the staff were friendly but not bothersome. I loved the easy access to the thermal experience, although more information about this would be helpful for guests. My biggest complaint is the lack of details available online & onsite regarding - the thermal experience, check out, opting out of room cleaning, breakfast & internet access. All of these questions were easily answered by the nice lady at the counter but I would prefer having them somewhere I could easily find without having to go ask. We got the most basic room, 2 double beds on the ground floor. It’s quite small & the bathroom is very small. We didn’t have any issues but someone that is larger or has a lot of things may want a larger room. Having the 2 hot tubs, a dry & wet sauna, the regular pool & the spa showers all right there & available all day, for no extra cost was awesome! (I do wish there was better/any information regarding the hot tub use..if I had been alone I wouldn’t have been able to open it & close it. But also, maybe it’s okay to leave it open…not sure since there were no instructions.) Either way it was super nice after hiking all day. The view includes a wildlife refuge marsh. And across the street you can catch a beautiful sunset on the lake.

The staff was excellent and parking was easy. However, the restaurant was closed and we were not contacted to announce this (there are no restaurants in walking distance), the fireplace was not working, bad toilet flushing, the breakfast ran out of plates and no cereal, broken lamp, TV too small and less channels than advertised.
