Cheap lodging with clean sheets and toilet. Unfortunately the rest of the room was not clean at all. The shower was dirty (black prints & green scum in the tub), hair in sink and shower and on the countertop, cobwebs along the ceiling, and a large toe nail clipping on carpet.
Advertisement indicated breakfast was included, but the office was locked with no signs of staff, coffee, or breakfast in the morning.

Our expectations were low to begin with because of the ratings listed on Travelocity. We were going to Indy 500 and were out of options. The entire place is run down and in need of a serious facelift. The linens were threadbare, blanket was ratty and holely, the bathtub blackish gray (I think some bleach would help). The photo below doesn't show how bad it was. To their credit, the carpet looked relatively decent. The stairs, walkways, and exterior walls were old, threadbare, and covered in bird droppings. I'd say, if you're the least bit germaphobic or are grossed-out easily, stay somewhere else.

Choose Somewhere Else
My expectations for a $50.00 hotel room are not high. This place is not acceptable. The night staff wasn't rude, but they were far from friendly. Rooms are marginally clean and the whole facility needs updating/fixing. The "Free Breakfast" is VERY limited.
There are several other options for hotels in the area. I will never stay at this Super 8 again.

terrible place to stay

Do not stay here
Location:It's about 500 feet away from a strip club, but regardless this place needs to be tore down.
Disgusting. Place should be tore down. Dead bugs, room was not clean. We were scared to take out shoes off. Would have been better off sleeping in our car and using a truck stop shower.

Not-So-Super 8
lf your definition of a "non-smoking room" means a room that does not smell like it was smoked in in the last 48 hours, this hotel is not for you. I was politely told that all rooms are non-smoking. However, it appeared to me that that wasn't always the case. My room smelled like an old ashtray.
The carpet in my room was worn, the comforter was thread bare, and the air conditioning was turned off when I entered the room. I turned on the air conditioning, and left for a few hours to allow the room to cool to the point where it might be habitable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't do much to decrease the musty smoke smell that permeated the room.
On the plus side, the front desk staff I talked to were wonderful, and the bathroom was clean. Unfortunately, there is only so much you can do with such a
run down property. I was left with the impression of a hotel well past its prime.
