I was very happy with my stay at the property. The check in was seamless. And the staff were incredibly supportive, especially with helping with our suitcases when we arrived. We were also welcomed with some flowers on the bed and fresh fruits and groundnuts on the table, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. The cleaners were excellent and did an amazing job throughout our stay. I was also privileged to meet the owner of the property, who was very kind and welcoming.. her customer service was fantastic and you could genuinely see the care and effort she put into making guests feel comfortable. One of the things I appreciate most was the security.?I felt safe throughout my stay and no worries at all. I would leave my room key at reception and whenever, I returned the room had been tidied up and everything will be exactly as I left it. Nothing was missing which gave me complete peace of mind. Overall, I have absolutely no regrets about booking the property. It is a lovely and secure place to stay and I would definitely return in the future. The only small suggestion I would make is to provide toilet tissue in the bathroom’s throughout the guests stay rather than only on the first day. It can be difficult for guests to find somewhere nearby to purchase essentials especially when they are unfamiliar with the area and there isn’t a corner sho close to the property. Apart from that, I had a really enjoyable stay and would happy to recommend the property to anyone.
