"We were there to visit parents in Santa Rosa. Could not have asked for a better place with great pricing. The home was very cozy and homey for us and our kids. It was easy to access the beach, redwoods, and even a day in SF. The owners were so easy to work with, and it was easy to get in and out and use everything in the home. We missed having a toaster, but we used the toaster oven instead. It was perfect!"

"The pool was fantastic. The family was in it all the time. We did have it heated since it was october and I'm glad we did. One member is on walker and the property was very wheel friendly with bars in all the bathrooms. Host met us and explained everything very quickly and efficiently. Beautiful view from back patio and two very large tables that sat all 12 of us for dinner."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Sunny View Cottage! We visited Santa Rosa in order to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Peanuts at the Charles M Schulz Museum. Such a peaceful location just outside of town. The cottage was very clean and cozy. It had absolutely everything needed. By far, the most well appointed place I’ve ever experienced. A great space to stay as a base for exploring the area as well a spot to stay in and relax. Would happily stay there again. "

"I had a quiet, clean, cozy fall mom getaway in Martha's country cottage. Everything I needed -- comfortable couch and beds, outdoor tables, indoor tables for working and writing and doing small puzzles -- for a little getaway. Surrounded by green, with the only sounds the distant hum of 116 and birds and squirrels.I did lots of cooking, and found enough pans and utensils and spices to make it easy. A fun collection of ceramics for dining, too. Be sure to check out the little town of Graton. And take advantage of the Joe Rodota Trail, which is perfect on a cloudy fall day. There's a parking lot in town; I walked from there to Ross (where there's another parking lot) and back. Trees and grapes and apples. Even a walk-in tasting room!"
