Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room were clean and the bed comfortable. The had a good variety of cold and hot food. Staff constantly replenished the food. Oversll a very good experience and the price was very reasonable.

I do not recommend staying at this place. My room was dirty. There was stuff in the bathroom left from a previous guest and the front desk. Clerk was a man younger than I who did not have a good personality.. Turn around in the parking lot and go elsewhere.

New Owners with great upgrades.

Everything was good. New owners since our last stay here, but we noticed quite a few updates which were actually pretty nice. Our room had only a shower which we were happy to see. We’re seniors and stepping in and out of a tub makes us a bit nervous. Air conditioning worked well and the bed was very comfortable. TV reception was spotty at times but no biggie. I was turned off by the sticky flooring and end table on the window side. And we had to play musical outlets as again the outlets on the end table didn’t work and neither did the lamp. But the staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than expected and we were still allowed to check in and get in the room. All in all — we were greeted by friendly staff, had a very comfortable bed, great working AC and the shower was a great upgrade!

I believe it was Andrew at the front desk. Very nice and helping us get a room location we wanted. Pool( great temperature and chlorine level)and hot tub area was great. Breakfast fantastic. And so nice for a day away. When we stay at a Comfort Inn, It is exactly that a comfortable welcoming place to stay.

The clerk at reception was snippy when we asked about a bill/receipt, treated us as if we were idiots, and seemed a bit hostile to us. Other staff were fine. The bathroom had nowhere to hang wet towels, lacked a soap dish of any kind. I understand thee are reasons for such lacks, but towel racks can be attached to the wall, and their lack is annoying. Worst problem was super-thin walls--we could hear ever word from next door, including a 4:30 am phone call on speaker phone, of which we could hear both participants. Because of this, I would not stay here again.

Our room was on the second floor, but smelled like a moldy, wet basement. We paid quite a bit for this hotel and it was not cleaned to reflect the price. We asked staff to please clean the bathroom and we were still wiping up dirt stains on the floor and walls.
