First, the room itself was unsafe and unsanitary. The window area was covered in filth, grime, and visible buildup, clearly showing a long-term failure to maintain basic cleanliness standards. This is not just poor housekeeping — this is a health and safety concern, and I have photographic evidence. No guest should be forced to stay in conditions that violate even the most basic standards of cleanliness.
Second, the staff’s behavior toward him was consistently hostile, rude, and inappropriate. Instead of addressing concerns or providing professional assistance, employees acted aggressively and dismissively toward a paying guest who had already spent a significant amount of money to stay here.
This review serves as a formal written notice that we are requesting an immediate phone call from management. If this matter is ignored, we are fully prepared to escalate this through corporate, local health authorities, and the appropriate consumer protection channels.
