Hotel room were ran down ! Staff wouldn’t give me a refund so I was forced to stay ! Toilet was running water air conditioning nor heat was working. Staff had snotty attitudes

The room smelled like urine when we walked in. The floor was so dirty after walking barefoot in the room my feet were black in the shower the next morning. We requested a full clean of the room?? Why not done daily?? of the room for our second night there. When we got back we had no bath towels the beds had not been made and the floor was not mopped. We did not stay for a third night like we had planned.

Decent stay. Very dirty though. My room smelled like a 10yr old ash tray. Hallway carpet looks like its never been cleaned in the 30yrs its been there. But kinda quite and non bothersome.

Our rooms were on the second floor; no first floor rooms were available. The property does not have an elevator, or perhaps it was not working. That was not advertised beforehand. I don't understand how this can be ADA compliant and the lack of an elevator should be made clear before reservations are made. Not recommended.

I knew I wouldn’t be getting the Four Seasons when I booked here, but I’ve stayed in crack dens nicer than this. I’m not joking. I wish I could post pictures because it’s honestly remarkable that this place is still open and hasn’t been shut down by the city. But then again, this is Milwaukee. Anyways, when I walked in the desk lady helped us out and and sent someone up with us to get in the room and get settled. The stairway stunk of mold really bad, and somehow the room smelt worse. There was a (third) hole in our sink, the last guest must have thought the sink filled up much too quickly and needed another one to help drain it, right into the cabinet. Secondly, the AC wasn’t sealed to the wall. The drywall around the window was rotting out. Last but certainly not least, the mold! The bathroom was covered in black mold. It could have been missed by the multiple house keepers, who probably all have a rare type of color blindness that mixes the shade of brown and black. The staff were very polite and friendly. Probably the only thing this property has going for it. I left right after I saw the room. To the jacka*** that owns this: I hope you drown in fines To the staff: thank you for numbing the pain To the reader: thank you for coming to my TED talk. Don’t book this place. This review is the best thing you’ll get out of it.

Beds were so hard could feel the springs had a horrible night sleep. WiFi didn’t work tv didn’t work shower wasn’t working it was horrible I will never go back here and wouldn’t recommend lot of drug activity and prostitutes.

The room I chose wasn't the one I was given. It looked nothing like the photos. You can't enter the door until exactly 3 pm. There is no early check-in. The room wreaked of smokers, the window did not lock and the window screen looked like someone tried to take it off. I won't stay here again.
