The Nautical Inn. Sleeps 34. Downtown. Two spacious homes on same property, half acre all private downtown. PARKING FOR 14 CARS. Parking in downtown Lake Geneva is not free or easy but we have Free Private Parking. Downtown 1 block away. Walking distance to restaurants, the lake/beach, shops, nightlife and boat rentals.

Heart of Downtown Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The Nautical Inn Vacation Rental Homes. Fully Licensed! Just a half block to Horticultural Hall for all you wedding attendees.

Bachelorette and Bachelor parties welcome. Family Reunions and Friends.

Lakefront and beach is a very short walk.

All set for the big crowd! The best vacations are the ones where you’re together, and that’s what we’re ultimately all about.

Nautical A and Nautical B are right next door to each other, share same private parking lot for 11 cars.

Each house has big charcoal grill.

Nautical A sleeps up to 16 guests. Nautical A boasts six bedrooms , 2 dining rooms, living room and 3 full baths.

46 in flat screen TV. Second flat screen upstairs for the kids for game systems.

Nautical A (Blue house)– 6 Bedrooms (4 Queens, 5 Twins, 1 Full bed, large sectional sofa), 3 full bathrooms

Nautical B (yellow house) sleeps up to 17 guests. 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, and has a first floor apt (bedroom 6) on the main level but a separate entrance for privacy.

Private entrance to the first floor apartment with bedroom 6, main level of the home, a big hit with kids or if you desire privacy. This area has a full kitchen with full sized appliances - just imagine a rental with 2 full kitchens for preparing a holiday dinner.. - a great area for a few in the group that might like a little more privacy from the main home.

Nautical B (yellow house) 2 Kitchens - 6 Bedrooms (4 Queens, 5 Twins, 1 Full), 3 full baths.

We cater to bachelor / bachelorette parties., wedding groups, (Horticultural Hall half block away), large group our specialty!

Park your car and walk everywhere. We can park 14 cars privately plus plenty of extra off-street parking right in front of houses with no meters! Park overnight on the street right in front of houses if you need more than 14 private parking spots.

Winter is a great time to visit with Alpine Valley, Grand Geneva and Wilmot Mountain having some of the best skiing and tubing hills around, ice skating at Library Park right in downtown Lake Geneva, great cross country skiing at Big Foot Beach State Park and Kettle Moraine State Park and the Lake Geneva sledding hill just a few blocks from The Nautical Inn.

Autumn is spectacular with all the gorgeous foliage throughout the area. Apple and pumpkin picking, Oktoberfest weekend in downtown Lake Geneva and almost a weekend does not go by without a fall festival bustling in one of the surrounding towns.

One of the most important decisions you will have to make will revolve around accommodations for yourself and your guests. A wedding vacation rental is uncommon and unforgettable. Our rentals can accommodate the wedding party, guests and even the bride and groom, all under one roof. And, how about that Bachelor or Bachelorette party? Plan those here!

Being a resort destination area and weekends being a premium we do not split up weekend nights; therefore, we cannot accept Saturdays as a check-in or check-out day unless approved in advance so please ask.

Refunds are possible if I can rerent the same time, terms and price with a small cancellation fee. You are reserving a house so please be sure but I will do my best to rerent if situations come up, I always want to try and help my guests. I want to have you back someday!

Everything about our stay, the location and amenities was perfect. We had our extended family reunion at Lake Geneva and the charming Nautical Inns worked perfectly for our gathering of 25 adults, 1 high schooler and 4 children! The proximity of the two homes and the little self contained attached apartment worked perfectly with convenient off street parking and a backyard with picnic tables and two grills for nice dinners outdoors. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and walking distance to the beach made for a memorable time for all!

Nautical Inn is the spot to be!

We booked both houses at the Nautical Inn for a bachelor party. Clean houses, plenty of bedrooms, big backyard, and excellent location! 5-10 minute walk from all the popular bars, including Champs. 5-10 minute drive to Grand Geneva golf course and Geneva National golf course. Everyone had a blast! We would definitely book these houses again for a trip in the future!

The Nautical Inn family reunion

Great location - super easy access to the downtown and the beach. Enough room for all 23 of us - some of us could stay up late in one house, while the little one could sleep in the other house. Plenty of common space in both houses. Excellent parking, and Tony the owner was really easy to reach and work with. Property is just a little bit dated and the grounds could use a little attention. Gas grills might be nice, along with sink garbage disposals. Overall, a really enjoyable experience for our family!

Two houses for one big family

Our family stayed here for a full week in August. We thought it was great. We loved that there were enough bedrooms for us all and plenty of parking. But we especially loved the neighborhood location close to downtown Lake Geneva that meant we were able to walk almost everywhere. To the beach, shopping, brunch, etc. The recently remodeled kitchen with an open plan and large dining table was perfect for serving large meals or playing games. The owner was responsive and available for questions. There were over 20 of us and we all agreed we could recommend this property.

We loved it!

We rented both houses for our large group and it was very clean and homey. Bedrooms had good mattresses and baths spotless. Comfortable gathering areas with well-stocked kitchen supplies and large eating space. Especially enjoyed outdoor patio and grill area. Convenient walk to downtown Lake Geneva and grocery stores a short drive away. Ample, free parking. Tony was the best host! From start to finish, he was a pleasure to work with. Great accomodations steps from downtown!

We had a party of 25 rent for a weekend and had a great experience at the Nautical. The owner Tony was very responsive and sought to accommodate requests where possible. The location is great, a short walk to downtown lake Geneva with easy access to restaurants, bars and the lake. Highly recommended.

Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation

I would like thank Tony for a wonderful stay at the Nautical Inn.My daughter held her wedding in Burlington over the week of November 5th. I was able to have my family along with my daughter's wedding party all in the same place with the privacy we desired. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably, fully stocked with all the comforts of home. I hosted a lovely Rehearsal dinner for my daughter along with our family comfortably. We needed or wanted for nothing much better than staying at a hotel , especially when you are a family of Italians! Well worth the money spent and we will be back again! Tony you couldn't have been more accommodating I felt very welcome my family and I thank you again for a wonderful 3 day's going above and beyond to accommodate us I can't say enough, the early check in , the late check out ,etc,etc. I recommend that everyone come and enjoy a stay at The Nautical Inn you won't regret it! Two houses gave us a flexible, clean intimate setting for an unforgettable party!

We rented both the Yellow and Blue houses for my mother's 90th birthday party. It worked FLAWLESSLY. The kitchens (3) were well-stocked, the beds comfy, the whole place spotlessly clean. The walls and floors are fresh and we all felt right at home. One house can seat 24 at two tables, which is fantastic! And the owner came within minutes when we had two toilet emergencies!!!
