Pros: location and hospitality staff Cons: literally everything else. Do not believe the pictures! Most rooms are outdated with dirty carpet and snow a lot of wear. Our forest room was an early checkout and want cleaned so they put us in a smaller room with no interest in moving us to the room size we booked. I had to pester them to get a decent room the evening of our last night after talking to the manager multiple times. In our last room, nothing stayed in the outlets and we had to use the lamp plugs to charge our devices. Location is great and Christmas decor was beautiful. I will skip this place next time.

The room was very nice especially the fire place. However, we had to sign several agreements to abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-8am. The rooms next door to us were yelling in the hallways and slamming doors. We called security twice and still no improvements. We got very little sleep and we were charged at $25 resort fee per night…..what for??

This resort has gone downhill. We’ve been staying here for 10+ years. Guest rooms were over occupied having loud parties. Security took minimal steps to quiet things down. Front desk staff apologized but said there wasn’t much they could do. Avoid this property if you enjoy being able to sleep at 2am

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Didnt sleep well at night due to constant running jumping in room upstairs. Also there was a banquet room down the hall from our room so there was lots of noise in the hallways. People running and being loud well into the night.

The suite was sparkling clean and comfortable. It was wonderful to have the extra room and the ability to shut the bedroom door for late sleepers. It wasn’t clear before we got there, but our Dover suite was well equipped with glassware, plates, bowls, silverware and a few serving bowls and cooking pans. Coffee maker is a keurig type, and worked pretty well. We much prefer making a pot of coffee to enjoy in the morning. We reserved 3 Dover suites for visiting family and we especially loved the pool and the very good family restaurant that is attached. No outside forays with small children in below freezing wind and weather!

i did tell the front desk the sanitizer was empty in multiple places outside the elevators, game room etc and no one bothered to fill it. we waited awhile to check out at the store next to front desk and then the register wasn’t working. and the pool was way too cold. never got used to the temp, needed to be turned up for sure. it was a little noisy after 10 which i thought said quiet time. doors slamming, kids yelling. and our room was so far from everything, would definetly request different next time. wish there was a fan in the room to drown out the noise.

Clean room but need hand rails in bathroom with jacuzzi tub - it was difficult to get in and out to shower and was slippery. Staff was great! Different TV remotes and options available was very frustrating even on TVs in same room.
