Was not sure if food was served at the bar. Waited for service at bar, but they must have been short-staffed. Decided to try a restaurant in Williams Bay instead. Info rack about dining choices should placed closer to check-in, and not in a corner by convenience mini-store. Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacoius, designed for wheelchair access.

The room was nice and clean. We had a view of the parking lot which was not desirable. There were several wedding/ events going on people were screaming and clapping thru the halls after 1 am which was very disruptive. There was also a dog that wouldn’t stop barking. Had I know n this hotel was dog friendly I may not have stayed as I am allergic to dogs. In fact I woke up with my eyes a bit swollen this morning and maybe this is why. Another negative was the grounds this morning was covered in garbage laying all over outside from people’s parting. Why wasn’t this cleaned up. When you spend this kind of money for a room at what is supposed to be a higher end hotel, you would expect a little more.

Some of the rooms are updated. Ours was just painted but not modern. Staff was friendly. Pool area great. Faucets difficult to use- hot cold backwards. Walls very thin- could hear everywhere around us.
