Just checked out of the newly renovated Lakeside Suites, and wow, what a transformation! Our room was immaculate, like stepping into a page of a design magazine. Everything felt fresh and modern, from the sleek furniture to the state-of-the-art lighting. The attention to detail was impeccable; you could tell every corner of the property had been thoughtfully updated. The cleanliness was top-notch, which is always a huge plus for me. We are very happy with this hotel!! The staff is amazing, pool and hot tub were great and the bathroom and room is gorgeous! I’d like to highlight Emily, she was able to help us out with each of our needs and was so kind and helpful. She’s one of those people that have the touch to be friendly and enjoys her work, she’s amazing! Paul the shuttle driver was so kind and helpful as well! We will be back to Lake Geneva and stay here!

This place is lovely with a beautiful view. The room was clean and comfortable. We stopped in the crafted restaurant for a drink and loved the vibe. We definitely want to come back in the summer time but waking up to the view of snow, the lake and the twinkling lights in the trees was like a dream.

Lobby area is great, with a pool table, TV sitting area, coffee and wine area to purchase. The room was remolded and up to date, only reason I am giving just a "good" rating is what we found sticking out from under our bed skirt, the guest before us left their "adult back end toy"! Not exactly a great thing to find!
