Immerse yourself in the Castle’s exotic and tropical paradise with its sublime gardens, a bespoke Polynesian Tiki, Koi Pond, water creeks, pergolas, and private beach area making this unforgettable oasis a vacation dream come true!

Castle La Florentia is a Mediterranean architectural treasure, built in 1925 by G. Sherman Childs, the protégé of famed architect, Addison Mizner. This rare gem is recognized as one of the first historic landmarks in our area and through the years has been meticulously restored and renovated. This sprawling estate features three (3) luxurious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a state-of-the-art home gym, large chef’s kitchen and over 6,000 square feet of sumptuous surroundings that offer the comforts of contemporary living while embracing its historic architectural features such as original fireplaces, stained glass windows and more! Enjoy heaven on earth in the tropical and sublime gardens of this waterfront estate offering a pool, Polynesian Tiki with Smart TV’s and WIFI, pergolas, private beach area, koi pond and streams all overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway of the Lake Worth Lagoon. Centrally located to all the best attractions, Palm Beach County has to offer, our home is just minutes away from I-95, local beaches and parks, Downtown Lake Worth, and the prestigious Palm Beach Island. Full of magic, romance and history, there is simply nothing quite like this unique and enchanting estate.

IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS: Please note that the Castle is not child-proof and is not suitable for young children as the property has not been set up to protect them from harm. Children must be under constant supervision at all times and may not be left alone at any time anywhere onsite with special emphasis in the backyard as the pool, koi pond, water creeks, dock, and Intracoastal waterway are not gated and are not child-proof. Parents who bring small children assume all liability.

Truly spectacular!

I cannot say enough good things about this house, or the fabulous hosts. This far exceeding our expectations for a family vacation! The property is otherworldly magical - it feels like you are on an exotic tropical island - and the house is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully appointed (right down to the vintage Pac Man machine!). But it was really the hosts that made this so memorable. They are gracious, warm, and highly responsive; they really go above and beyond. Gus was able to arrange for us an incredible outdoor gourmet BBQ with a chef and bartender at literally five hours notice, and it was a fantastic night we will never forget. We will absolutely be back!

The best vacation our family has ever had!

The castle la florentia was the best vacation our family has ever had! The property and house are just MAGICAL. We didn't even leave the house much with the pool and amazing property other than to visit the beach which is only a few minutes to drive! Not only was the house amazing we were treated like family! This is such a special place and we feel so blessed to have been able to stay here! We can't wait to come back! We already miss the house and people so much!

Incredible

We rented this home for my husbands birthday with friends. To call it a home is an understatement, it's a private tropical resort paradise. The grandeur of the historic interior with the exotic grounds made it trolley a one of a kind experience.
