Newly renovated home on the lake!

This spacious home is newly renovated and is located directly across the street from Lake Wallenpaupack. It is a perfect spot to relax with your family and has plenty of room for everyone. There is a fully finished basement with a game room, smart TV, pool table and air hockey table. Outside there is a firepit (perfect for s'mores), a grill and easy access to the lake. Caffery Recreation area, Capri Marina and Capri Restaurant are just steps away!

This house is located directly across the street from Lake Wallenpaupack. The lake can be reached directly through the woods, but a short, 150 ft. walk to the right is community access via stairs and a path.

*There is no private dock*
- Renters with boats can contact Caffery Recreation Area to inquire about launching boats and parking boat trailers.
- There is community access to the lakefront approximately 150 feet to the right of the house. The lakeshore is rocky, but Wilsonville Beach is just a short drive away.

*Parties with many adults should note that the house has parking for 4-5 cars (depending on the size of the cars).

*Note for renters with allergies: We do not allow renters to bring pets, but we do have a dog that stays with us while we are at the house. She is not permitted on any of the furniture.

House was beautiful and very spacious, however there was dog hair in the living room and not enough toilet paper or paper towels. We were a little disappointed that we didn’t have beach access to accommodate the grandkids but host was very responsive when asked where we could go to public beach

Perfect weekend girls trip

We used this house as a home base for a planned spa day at Woodloch and it was perfect! Plenty of space and outdoor fire pit is great. Only knock was the grinder pump in the basement woke the whole house up at 3am but we understand that is hard to control. Great location and the host was very responsive and accommodating to my questions before hand.

Relax your on Lake Time

The property is absolutely gorgeous. We spent a lot of time fishing, swimming, and boating on the lake. The lake area is filled with wildlife. We got close up of bald eagles and hawks. The house was close enough to the town of Hawley for the grocery store, restaurants, and Dairy Twist (excellent ice cream). The fire pit at night was a perfect way to wind down. We loved our vacation.

Bachelorette on the Lake!

We had a wonderful time at the Brady Bunch House! It was the perfect size for our group and was so clean when we arrived! It was near all the planned activities and we didn't have to travel more than 20 minutes to anything! When we got there, there was a little issue with the door code, but I got in touch with Lauren, and she assisted right away! So it was a non-issue! We couldn't have asked for a better place and a more wonderful host!

Lake house stay

Our stay was so much fun! The house is a short walk to the lake and everyday we would see deer in the yard which the kids absolutely loved. The house was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room. Highly recommend for a relaxing lake house vacation!

2024 Family Vacation

We planned the classic family vacation for Summer 2024. We had 2 families of 4 plus another extended family member and this house provided us everything we were looking for. There was plenty of space for everyone to both get together and find some quiet time if needed. Front yard provided space for outdoor activities and the lake was easily accessed just across the street. The house was very clean and updated including smart tv’s that made reviewing everyone’s daily pictures and videos easy. It should go without saying but everything in the listing/description is accurate, Overall this house really helped us enjoy our family vacation. Would highly recommend this house!!

Late June weekend stay

This house was very clean and perfect for a bachelor party trip. The house was big and in a centralized location which made things easy and we’re also able to store our boat on site. The house had many amenities as well. The property manager responded to inbox questions and was very helpful.

Gorgeous home by the lake

Gorgeous home so close to the lake. The host were very accommodating and friendly throughout the whole booking process and stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to visit Lake Wallenpaupack.

Property at 36 Elm, Lakeville PA

Overall we had a very nice week. The house was roomy with enough bedrooms for our family. It is in a convenient location, situated near many attractions (like public beach, hiking trails, Claws N Paws Zoo, brewery). We enjoyed the fire pit (the host provided the makings for S'mores) and the game room (pool table!). On the downside, access directly to the lake was not optimal. Although you can access the lake across the street, the swim area was small and rocky so not a good option for us since we had an 18 month old child. The grounds around the house were hilly and steep so, again, not optimal for a young child. Finally, the dining area was a bit tight. It was a big table, seats around 10, but it was located in a small room. Not very comfortable

Nice house and helpful host

Nice house located close to the lake. Met the needs for our group of three families. The host was great with communication and helped resolve an issue quickly although it affected our stay. Quiet neighborhood that we took some nature walks through looking for and finding salamanders!

GIRLS WEEKEND - June 2023

Lauren the new owner was wonderful to work with. House was very beautiful and well kept. Very clean and right across the street from the Lake which was in view from many of the home windows. the beds were very comfortable. Lots to do in the area to keep us busy and we had a fabulous time. The only negative thing I could say is that there was not enough seating in the living room and we had to sit on the floor a lot which for our older group was not that comfortable. Would definitely recommend this home and thanks for allowing us to stay!!

Friends getaway

Had a great time staying at this house. Location was perfect! Plenty of room. Has a front yard where we were able to play yards games and have a fire going. And of course easy access to the lake. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Lovely, well maintained home

We had 12 family members stay here for my Dad’s memorial. There was plenty of room for us without feeling overcrowded. The new owners were very helpful. Beautiful view of the lake and we enjoyed the s’mores by the fire pit.
