My ac didn’t work, my lights in my room didn’t work, there was what appeared to be blood on the bead spread and my security lock completely fell off the door when I tried to lock it. I told the front desk, she told me that how it’s supposed to be (ac and lights- apparently LED light bulbs take 1-2 minutes to turn on according to them) and did not offer new linens for the bed, just told me it was probably some kind of oil. I handed them the lock that fell off abd told them the room no long had a security lock because it fell off in my hand and they didnt say anything, they just took it. The people that checked in before us were given a room that was already occupied. This place is dirty, unsafe and extremely poorly run. I want a full refund.

The air conditioning was good, room was clean. the shower head was broken and when asked to have it fixed or replaced they said they couldn’t do it. The remote was damaged and didn’t stay together, the shelf in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the lock to the door well it definitely locked! Wife and daughter were locked inside the room and I was locked out. Went downstairs and they were going to grease it when they got a chance. Wife finally got it opened from the inside by sliding a card into the lock. Overall we won’t be back.

Room was not cleaned and the bed sheets wasn’t changed and hairs all over the sheets. The pillows had saliva stained. I took it down to the front desk and get new pillow and bed sheets. The front desk staff she was nice though. The bathroom sink wasn’t clean still had the previous costumer’s toothpaste all over the sink and shower had lots of hairs. I cleaned it with my Clorox wipes that I normally brought with me. The elevator smells fishy or moldy . The vent in the bathroom was held by one fastener which poses a safety hazard when it falls on a person using the restroom. I’m glad didn’t stayed too long in there.

Found a pair of underwear underneath sheets in bed. Was moved rooms and window in new room was wide open with no screen. Day of departure worker was outside urinating on side of building.

3-day stay, no hot water for 1.5 days. Asked for compensation, they incredibly said maybe on my next stay. I politely informed them there would never be another damn stay at a Motel 6. I would have laughed if it wasn't so stupid. And terrible TV, lousy screen and poor channel selection.

The room itself was fine, the bathroom needed serious attention. There was dirt caked in all the corners and tiles and there was hair in the bath tub. I did like that it was a non smoking building. The pool was ok, but looked like it could use a good cleaning too.
