First floor smelled of pet pee that they tried to mask with odobon everyday. Shower don’t drain while you are taking a shower so you are standing in ankle high water while showering. Had to ask them to change sheets and pillows when I checked in. Looked like someone had just slept in the bed.

It was horrible dirty, hot and smelled horrible, the hallways were hot and smelly. Dirty carpets. Super dirty had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean it my self. Called the front office to tell them that someone kept knocking on purpose at our door and leaving and they took it super lightly they say “ there some kids just kids playing. Really at 11pm.

the bathroom is super tub great water temp perfect. the tv selection could be better maybe u tube or something or maybe i just don't know operation enough. the coffee is horrid exstreamly strong and i like coffee, it was bitter as well and need cups larger than thin 2 oz water cups. other than these mattress was a bit lumpy, staff was great all other things were wonderful.

The pillows were garbage- very stiff and flat. The shower head had a lot of clogged holes, poor pressure. Smallest tv I’ve ever seen in a hotel room-only 32”. Vending was out of order and pool was closed for maintenance.
