Cute boutique style hotel right by Dartmouth and all its shops . Beware they used inexpensive shower inserts for bathroom and they are extremely slick ; dangerous. Shower at your own risk basically . Otherwise I love this hotel .

The staff were helpful putting a rollaway in our room when we arrived, but moved our room “away from a wedding party” to the city view (I had picked the water view) and put us across from the elevator. It was cheeky and not appreciated by us (big travelers).

Management or employees don’t care

You pay $400/night for customer service worse than a cockroach motel. Multiple employees, sitting and not acknowledging your existence. They can’t hear you with the ear pods in. Good luck getting information on where or how to park, with no attendance present outside. Be ready to unload your luggage off the cobbled/uneven street, as the employees blankly stare into your eyes, as if you dont exist. . As you try to get the attention, of anyone who has any concept of customer service or wasn’t raised by a their nanny. The meaningless interactions of their conversations continue to drown out your voice requesting any tiny semblance of logic or help. Politely ask for assistance a time or two or clap your hands m and make hand motions to get a half answered response. Subpar amenities and lackluster everything. May as well stay at the holiday inn. Then end.

This is a really nice hotel. The beds were massive and comfortable. Each floor has a welcome area where they have things dor guests like apples, cookies, and cold bottles of water. They even had dog biscuits. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's about a 3 minute walk to Dartmouth, so very conveniently located. They didn't have a hotel breakfast, but recommended a great place a couple doors down.

Nice location in town with an excellent tapas bar. Nice staff, but didn't love the 33$ valet charge. Room was clean, nice beds but could have used a little more spacing and outlets. Would have liked an option for a room with a walk-in shower instead of a tub. Overall, though, a good selection for Hanover.

Best sleep in a hotel ever

Welcomed by friendly late night staff. The cookies & cold bottled waters are a very nice touch. Best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. We booked the 2 king bed room for my family of 3. The robes & slippers were great!
