Lerici is a very attractive and charming coastal town at the Golfo dei Poeti close to nice tourist attractions such as Cinque Terre, Portovenerre, Parma, Genoa,Portofino, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Forte Dei Marmi, etc.
The space
This apartment has a big living room and open kitchen with kitchen Island. The apartment has 3 bathrooms that all 3 include shower, bidet, toilet and sink. One bathroom has a bath. This apartment also has 5 bedrooms. These are as follows:
- one big bedroom with Kingsize bed to sleep 2 persons
- one big bedroom with Kingsize bed to sleep 2 persons
- one small bedroom with 2 single beds to sleep max 2 persons
- one big bedroom with 2 single beds that can be attached to each other or used as 2 separate beds. To sleep 2 persons

The outdoor exist out of a big private garden around the apartment for your private use. This garden has a big terrace with outdoor furniture. In addition you have access to the communal garden with the communal swimming pool that can be used by all guests.

You have access to the apartment and private garden and access to the communal garden with communal swimming pool. This pool can be used by all guests. This apartment has 2 parking spaces, which are free.

Other things to note
Tourist tax is euro 1,5 per person until 31 March and euro 4 per person as of 1 April 2024 for a maximum of 5 days. Children below 12 are exempt. Please pay tourist tax in cash at arrival.
