My family and I had to stay here for some appointments at UK and we were beyond happy with our stay. We got to be able to stay in our favorite part of Lexington and have the accommodations that made a week of UK appointments more tolerable! Would definitely stay again.

Kitchen was well supplied, dishes, flatware and most any type of pots, pans and cooking utensils one might need. The table expanded to seat eight, living area was comfortable. So nice to have Christmas with all our family. Pet friendly is a plus, back yard is fenced. Three bedrooms all had their own bathroom. Very nice place to stay.

A Bathroom for Everyone

We enjoyed our stay especially the ability to have three bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms. The house worked well for three friends and was comfortable. Access to garage parking was great, and the back deck looked out on a greenspace with lots of privacy. Don’t expect HGTV-like appointments. But, do expect a great value, quiet neighborhood, and a super-responsive host!

Graduation

We stayed here for graduation weekend. We had 3 couples. With there being 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it was perfect for us. We were able to hang out, relax, and visit. The property was clean and everything was nearby. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Girls' trip to KY Derby. This property is outstanding. Location, location, location. Condo was one of the cleanest I've seen. Very well appointed and close to all things Lexington. Owner Jim was more than accommodating and accessible. Highly recommend.

Semi annual horse racing trip

We have stayed with this owner twice and every time the house is really clean and well equipped and Jim is the best host I’ve ever stayed with his communication is easy and prompt so if you are looking for a house in a nice quiet area with zero drama you can’t go wrong!

My daughter got married at my house and transformed it into an event space no one recognized! I moved to this property down the street to be close but not too close! It was the perfect remedy for getting away after a day of hard work!
