The receptionist were kind and hospitable. When it comes to the condition of the room, it had a strong smell of humidity, the beds lacked comfort and sophistication, and the fridge wouldn’t shut up with its annoying steady hum of disparity and dread. The breakfast also kinda sucked. They had a cat though.

The front desk clerk was extremely nice. We were there for a funeral so had a bunch of people there friday and saturday and she was excellent at accomidating our needs.

THIS STAY WAS UNACCEPTABLE AND DISGUSTING! I am writing to express my profound outrage regarding the miserable and unsanitary stay my daughter and I endured at your Lexington property. This was our first trip to Kentucky, a special occasion to celebrate my daughter's university acceptance, and your hotel managed to ruin a significant portion of it through sheer neglect and appalling cleanliness standards.. SANITARY HAZARD: THE CARPETS WERE REPULSIVE The condition of the room's carpet was nothing short of a sanitary hazard. The rugs were horrifically, visibly stained and utterly filthy. They were so gross that I was forced to lay down towels just to walk barefoot in the room because it felt absolutely unsanitary and disgusting to touch the floor. I felt completely UNCOMFORTABLE in the room due to this basic lack of hygiene. HOUSEKEEPING FAILURE: TWO DAYS OF IGNORING GUESTS. LOW-QUALITY AND REPETITIVE BREAKFAST The complimentary breakfast was a joke. For all three mornings, it was the exact same, sad, unappetizing menu: fried eggs and some sort of repulsive-looking sausage. The final morning was the worst when the staff couldn't even manage the bare minimum: the waffle maker was down because they claimed the mix "hadn't come in yet." This demonstrates a staggering failure in basic inventory and food service management.

I expected this hotel to be super outdated and instead was met with cozy vibes. It actually was a pretty good stay. Great price, clean cozy room. Breakfast wasn’t the worst, it was edible and coffee was pleasant. They even had some decent creamer options. I do have one complaint, the plug ins in the room were very worn out. I almost couldn’t plug in my flat iron, or my chargers. I also loved that the pool was open until 11 pm. All in all, I would recommend this hotel.
