Reserved a handicapped accessible suite, had to move to a regular handicapped room because the tv's in the suite didn't work. No adjustment was made in room rate. Toilet seat almost slid off of toilet even after it was fixed. Tub drained so slowly there would be 2 inches of water in the tub after the shower. Every time we came back to room in the afternoon we had to have our room card reactivated before it would work.

Everything was ok, with the exception to heat and air system. Constantly trying to keep room at a comfortable Temp. ,And not successful. Employees were all friendly and polite. Fix the HVAC !
