Had used this property for many years for KHP functions. Came back after 6 years to new policies and no repairs. Bathroom picture had a smashed frame, tub was chipped, baseboard chipped and frayed by tub. Door to room edge wood frayed, had to shove on door to get it open. Parking now $15 a day (!!!) for a $200 per night mediocre room. Housekeeping made one of two beds over the 3 night stay for 2 people. So sad this propert has not held status. I wont return.

We arrived in a rainstorm earlier than the usual check in time. However, the kind gentleman at the front desk allowed us to check in. Our room (107) was spacious and well appointed. However, the bathroom floor does need a deep cleaning. The grout in most of the floor is black but the grout on the far side is tan. The remainder of the room was clean. There is a very complete, cooked breakfast and a happy hour for guests. We’ve stayed here several times and always enjoy the hotel.

Lobby area looks very nice and upscale but rooms and room furnishings are very outdated. A/C system did not work well - room would not cool down the first night. Internet was buggy, and despite staff "help", we could not access the secure wifi. Otherwise, staff was pleasant and polite.

Revisiting After A Decade

Its been over a decade since I have stayed here. Some things look a little tired but the rooms are big and clean, pillows ans cushions are wonderful. Towels are super white but not too fluffy. I cannot complain. Its pretty decent. The breakfast is very good. Location is ideal especially for the horse park. The QR parking is a PITA however i would recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay again

We love the location and hotel. We are seniors and would appreciate grab bars in the showers.scary and dangerous without! Also, our room 237 bathroom sink was clogged and we had gnats. The room was located between the ice/soft drink machine room and house keeping(noisey). They should not locate anyone here. Overall, the hotel is well maintained, breakfast is great, location great for us coming off interstate 64. We love this hotel and hope this review helps continue their past quality.
