Would be fantastic with some cosmetic improvements

Very comfortable bed and pillows. The room was clean, but needs some cosmetic upkeep. Beautiful lobby. Good service. A little pricey for the condition, but we would stay here again.

The customer service was great. The staff were friendly and helpful but, unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The entire hotel had a terrible smell, like mildew mixed with strong air freshener or carpet spray. It was clear something had been used to try to mask the odor, but it only made things worse. I had a horrible headache the entire stay because of it. The hotel is very old and could really use some updates. While it appeared to be clean, the smell made it hard to feel comfortable. The bathtub and toilet were both old and stained, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, making it hard to get any rest. Overall, despite the good customer service, I would not stay here again until the property is renovated and the odor issue is addressed.

The place was not maintained at all and very dirty. Carpeting was dirty, cigarette burn in the bedsheets. Mini fridge had 3 inches of frost. The door didn’t seal all the way looked like it had been broken into, the security latch on the back of the door was broken off. Wish I had thought to take pictures, but we ended up checking out and going to another hotel. I’ve never done that before. No elevator and I was put on the 2nd floor with my 80 year old mother. When I went to check out early, they didn’t even ask why we were leaving. Because I went through hotels.com I didn’t even try to get a refund from them. When we came down and checked out
