This luxury farmhouse is the perfect place to explore Lexington with your group. It's centrally located, close to downtown and Lexingtons top attractions. Our home was designed and built in 2023, we specificlly designed it for short term guests. What's not to love about this home? It has an elegant bathroom with a luxury bathtub, beautiful hardwood floors and chef-worthy kitchen.
Prepare yourself for an evening of epic proportions as you entertain friends and family in a brand new, top of the line kitchen. This space is well equipped that it will leave even the most demanding cook satisfied with all they have available at their fingertips!
This property has everything you need for groups, including outdoor furniture and a garage full of games. The spacious family room is built to relax and enjoy time with your loved ones. A fireplace makes it feel like home, while plenty of seating ensures that everyone has their own comfortable spot in the house!
You will be able to indulge in luxury memory foam beds and linens at our property. We're sure you'll enjoy them! We want you to feel at home while staying with us. We are available for any of your needs and will go out of our way to make sure you have a wonderful stay with us. Our sister property is located on the same street just 3 houses down, please contact us if you are interested in renting both locations for a large group of up to 24 people.

Five adult couples who get together once a year to catch up. We found the house very clean and enjoyed the location. It was convenient to the sights we wanted to see. Seth was very communicative and responded to my questions promptly every time. We would like to have ten chairs that would fit around the dining table. Even folding chairs would work. I would definitely recommend this home rental. It is well maintained.

Our stay was great. The house was very accommodating for our friends trip of 6 couples. We had a blast! Weather was great! We got together for Auburn football but included the bourbon trail and Keeneland horse races. We cooked steaks on the grill, played games and enjoyed the hot tub!! Great location. Perfect house for a Lexington weekend with friends! We are all looking forward to coming back! The kitchen was large and had plenty of flatware and glasses. Very clean and well maintained. This was a great house. We had four couples and there was plenty of room to accommodate everyone. The house was very clean with all of the amenities you could want or need. The beds were very comfortable which is a huge plus in my book. I would absolutely re-book this property and recommend to family/friends. The one thing I might suggest would either be a fan or citronella candles on the porch as the mosquitoes were plentiful.

Amazing Getaway in Lexington

We had a great time!! The house is absolutely beautiful and has wonderful amenities. The amount of large beds and bathrooms makes it a great stay for a large family and/or several couples. The house seems brand new and is well kept and extremely clean. The neighborhood is completely fine and we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. Our child will be attending UK next year and this will be a great return property for the next four years. Seth, property manager, was extremely attentive and assisted with check-in and check-out for ease of the procedures. So glad we found this fantastic option. We will definitely be back!

Beautifully decorated and comfortable house

We were a group of eight adults. This home was a great fit for us. Each couple had a bedroom and a bathroom. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living area and at the dining room table. We enjoyed the back porch and the hot tub which was very clean and easy to operate. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of soft, good quality towels. The house was easy to find and easy to access from the highways and main streets. Check in and check out were a breeze. We would definitely consider staying in the house again if we make it back to the Lexington area. Highly recommend.

A Perfect Stay in Lexington with SixGen Rentals!

Our recent stay in Lexington managed by Sixgen Rentals, was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we booked, we had a wonderful experience working with the host. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The location of the home was ideal for exploring Lexington, providing easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. It offered the perfect balance between the convenience of the city and the tranquility of a residential neighborhood, making it an excellent base for our adventures in the area. What truly set this property apart were the amenities, particularly the hot tub, which was a hit with our family. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The kids, meanwhile, were thoroughly entertained in the game room, which was stocked with a variety of games that kept them engaged and happy throughout our stay. The home itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with all the comforts and conveniences we could ask for. It’s clear that Sixgen Rentals pays close attention to detail and prioritizes the guest experience. Excellent property with large living/gathering area. It appears to be a new build in a redeveloping neighborhood. We did not have any issues, however there were a log of police activity on the street. Beds are extremely FIRM - all ages reported the same - that is more of a personal preference.
