Poor customer service and poor cleanliness

Our first room had ants, so after 1 night we had to move rooms. Asked the front desk to put us in a close bottom room because we had a bunch of stuff to move (that wasn’t accommodated and I understand they have to go on availability). We had no apology for the inconvenience and room service/house maids were impossible to get. We needed extra towels and blankets and had to argue about getting extras. The second room we went too hadn’t been wiped down properly. There was dirt/sand all over the countertops. The complimentary breakfast was the most under whelming breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even with it being complimentary.

Nice size room.

The room was nice size, we were'nt familiar with the area, there didn't seam like there was any restraunts close, there was a couple of gas stations within walking distance, I didn't make it to breakfast in time so I had to walk to the gas station and grap something.

The pool was great and the hotel manager was wonderful. However, this is right by the highway and is so loud. I would not stay again for that reason. The room was missing some bedding for the couch, but that was easily provided when I asked.
