The Manor House- a custom built home that embodies luxury & comfort. With 3 bedrooms & a private movie theater with a custom couch sleeping up to 4, this home comfortably accommodates 10 people. The fully equipped chef's kitchen, complete with a galley sink, stands ready for your culinary adventures. Entertainment is ensured with a hot tub, TV, blackstone grill, outdoor fireplace, ping pong table, foosball & a shuffleboard. You will find the perfect guest experience here at The Manor House.

The Manor House is located in a highly desirable area in Lexington, Kentucky. You are able to get anywhere in Lexington in just a matter of minutes! You are 12 minutes from downtown Lexington, 20 minutes from Keeneland & the Bluegrass Airport, & 10 minutes from Kroger Field.

This kitchen features a Galley Kitchen Workstation, a sink that allows you to prep, cook, serve, entertain , & clean up all in one convenient place! This kitchen also provides several chef accessories, entertainment dishes, coffee systems, & a Keurig! If you prefer to grill, you will have access to a blackstone grill! Don't want to cook on vacation? No worries, ask about our in-home chef experiences!

SLEEP
After a day full of entertainment at The Manor House, you will be able to get an amazing nights rest in our cozy beds! The master suite & secondary suite both have king beds while the third suite offers two queen beds. In the private movie theater, you will find a custom couch that is large enough to comfortably sleep 4 adults! We can assure you that this couch sleeps just as good as any bed! If you do not prefer the couch or a bed, we do have an air mattress that we can provide to you.

ENTERTAIN
If you are looking to entertain your friends & family without having to leave the house, you have found the perfect spot. Guests will be able to play ping pong, shuffleboard, & foosball in the basement. For the pretty days, you can enjoy bocce ball & Kanjam in the backyard. To end the day, you can sit in the hottub or build a fire in the firepit & enjoy s'mores from our complimentary s'mores kit! The opportunities here are endless.
