"We stayed in a king bed lodge. We liked the size of the rooms, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Lots of space. The architecture and decor are great. We highly recommend The Lodges at Gettysburg to anyone exploring the Gettysburg area. "

"When I checked in on a Monday to stay 4 nights at the Colton Motel in Gettysburg October 2025. I asked if I could stay and pay for the 5th night. She said as of right now they are booked up for that night. she said there might be one cancellation in the next day or two?. if there is I would get first dibs. Well there was a cancellation and I got to stay another night. The staff went out of there way to accommodate me. The room was very clean & user friendly. There was 3 very good sitdown or carryout restaurants and many attractions all within a block of the Motel, an easy walk. The next time I come to Gettysburg I will be staying at the Colton Motel."

"Very nicely situated for walking to most of the area attractions. Clean! Breakfast was better than most. Parking was easy. Beds would be hard to fit a bigger couple on. We got an adjoining room so everyone had a bed to themselves. If we ever come back, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "

"I thought i was getting a view of the slopes instead i got the parking lot. Its not like the hotel was full, but the room was great!"
