Amazing Barranco apartment

Great apartment….Excellent value for money……..location was perfect…..new appliances. The apartment was everything you could wish for However, The communication left loads to be desired…… as it is like an air B and B the reception won’t assist in any way….. and there is no explanation in the apartment on how to operate the washing machine, where to take the rubbish etc. They said there was Netflix but it was only access if you had your own account and much more. If communication could be improved the stay would have been perfect

Disappointing

I really wanted to like this place, but it wasnt great. Its very, very hot in the apartment (no AC, facing the sun in the afternoon) which means you have to keep the windows open. Which means you hear a LOT of honking and traffic noises from the major highway intersection below. The checkin was also weird and involved a lot of steps. Plus they tried to charge me $15 for a remote that didn't work when I arrived.

great place !!

this apartment was awesome everything you can possibly need was there .. it was compleately mordern everything looked new .. only thing was if you had some sort of issue during the night you can not contact anyone until morning .. but once contacted they will resolve the issue

El lugar esta en un buen sitio y tranquilo, pero la entrega del apto fue fatal, fueron dos personas y revisaron de una manera muy despota cada milimetro de las sabanas, de las toallas, del menaje, del piso, de los muebles, parecian un grupo elite de la policia buscando drogas, ni en el mejor hotel de lima que me he alojado, nos hicieron sentir asi, hay gente q no aprecia que se les alquile la propiedad, nunca mas volvere por alli, con ese trato de traficante que me dieron...

Bueno con sabor a estafa

Dpto muy bueno, limpio y con lo necesario. Un detalle, tenía un sofá-cama roto, se solucionó tirando el colchón al piso (no recomendable pero la opción que me brindaban era cambiar de edificio cuando ya había sacado todas mis cosas de las valijas, elegimos quedarnos). Decepcionante, cuando fuimos a usar la pileta/piscina, nos comunican que solo lo pueden usar los residentes fijos o con alquileres mayores a 3 meses, ese fue un detalle predominante para elegir el dpto. pero nos decepcionó no poder usarlo. me sentí estafado.
