We loved our stay at 1012 boutique guest house. Karen and Celicia were wonderful. I couldn’t ask for a better experience, it was unforgettable. :) We highly recommend staying here.

Sintra 1012 was an outstanding bed and breakfast. Lovely service, excellent location in the old town, hearty and thoughtful breakfast and gorgeous rooms. We highly recommend if you are in the area!

Privacy, space, and wonderful breakfast!

We stayed in the basement suite and it was ENORMOUS! More space than we needed for 1 night, but it would be great for a longer stay or more people. The breakfast was wonderful and gave us the energy we needed to hike up to Palacio de Pena.

The host was extremely friendly and helpful, especially with tips for getting to the Palace of Sintra. The place is very convenient right in the center of town. Even though we stayed for only one night, we would definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay, wonderful place, roomy and spacious and had everything we needed including a mall kitchen area. Friendly and very helpful host. Safe and quiet, this guest house is on the center on Sintra. Great breakfast. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

It was an easy walk from the station. I was able to arrive early and leave my bag in the room while they were cleaning, then return in the afternoon and let myself in. The basement room was a whole apartment, there were small windows so it did not feel like a basement. Breakfast was delicious.

The listing showed that there was laundry in the basement suite, but actually there was none. This was inconvenient because I was counting on getting the laundry done in Sintra. Fortunately, the owner helped us find a solution, so it worked out okay. The owner probably has the listing fixed by now, but if not, I would double check with the owner before counting on laundry. The basement suite is spacious and comfortable, but it did seem a little damp until I realized that I should be running the dehumidifier. Actually, I'm told that all of Sintra is damp so it may not have been unusual for there to be a little bit of humidity. The basement suite was very clean!

Lovely stay here in Sintra. We were allowed to store our luggage before and after check out. Awesome breakfast. Really close to the center of old town and a 10 min walk from the train station. 11/10, I would stay here again.

In historic Sintra. Close to bus that takes you to sights (Pena Palace, Moor Fortress etc). Many restaurants in neighborhood. The room (#4) was spacious. The breakfast very good. Only negative was room required dehumidifier. It was noisy.
