This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, offering 8 cozy beds across 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Perfect for fun-filled get-togethers or laid-back vacations, our home is designed with comfort and entertainment in mind!

- While we don’t have direct lake access at the moment, the community is building a new greenbelt with lake access right down the street, set to be ready in 2025!
- There's a **basketball court** at the end of the street, and we’ve provided basketballs at the house for your use.
- All **bedrooms are located upstairs**. The master suite boasts a private walkout balcony with seasonal lake views, as well as an en-suite bathroom.
- Additional bathrooms include one full bath upstairs with a tub, plus a pool bathroom and half-bath downstairs for easy access.


**Nearby Attractions:**
- We’re just **7 minutes from the Lakefront Beach, Hydros Wake Park, The Cove Indoor Waterpark**, and the marina where you can rent boats or jet skis.
- **DFW Airport** is only 25 minutes away, and we’re just 15 minutes from UNT!

This was our second time back to this property, and it was just as wonderful as our first visit. We chose to return because our boys absolutely loved it, and once again, it proved to be the perfect spot for a fantastic family break. The host's hospitality is truly exceptional; they consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We can't thank them enough for their kindness and attention to detail. We're already looking forward to our next trip and will definitely be back!

A Weekend to Remember in Little Elm

Our recent staycation was, without a doubt, our best experience yet. From start to finish, we were impressed beyond words.The check-in process was seamless; we received all the necessary details well in advance, and our host's thoughtful attention to every tiny detail was evident. Upon entering, we were greeted by a home that was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and smelled wonderful.Every corner of the house radiated love and care. The interior design was outstanding, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The backyard was a true highlight, featuring a sparkling clean pool and abundant options for both indoor and outdoor fun.Our only regret is that our stay was too short. Our boys were so enamored with the place they didn't want to leave. We're already looking forward to booking another trip!

Hosts who care about their guests!

We had the best time staying here! The hosts have thought of it all! The property looks to be recently remodeled and is decorated so well. It’s designed to sleep 1-2 families easily. There was plenty to do in the backyard / game room for the kids. The host was quick to respond when we needed to speak with her. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property as we had a wonderful experience!
