Worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Five riot vans arrest blood stained guest and stairs fighting in corridors all night till 5am no plug socket near bed for oxygen machine went to get extension couldn’t find one untill 1am in morning then no sleep due to all trouble checked out early paid extra to get an earlier train.

The hotel is Beautiful , the staff are very helpful , the only thing I have to complain about was the single beds , they were not comfortable , I hope the hotel owners invest in some comfortable mattresses !

Was a good nights sleep, as a late booking I wasn’t expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. Nice bed, nice shower, fantastic staff very helpful, easy parking within walking distance was a bonus.

From the queues at reception to check in. The small tired room. The non opening window. The grunt at breakfast from the waitress. The poor food on offer in the morning. The price was far too high for such low quality. In all a very substandard stay. Will definitely not go again.

Absolute kip. Shockingly filthy. Disgusting. Carpets from the 70s and look like they’ve not been cleaned since. Junky face down on steps outside when we checked in. Still lying there 5 hours later. Dodgy kip. Not in a great part of town either. Do not stay here

the property was nice in the reception but seemed to want to get rid of you as soon as possible but having said that if you needed anything it was quick to arrive, first room we got put in was very very small and my wife unsteady on her feet it was no use to her so we got moved straight away to a much bigger and better room the bed was a bit springy but we slept ok it was clean but could have done with updating the bathroom door you could just get through as it hit the back of the shower wall and the toilet was right up against the wall so you couldnt get on it right all in all we managed but a few things wanted up dating and moving to make room to get in ok oh also we never saw room maid till the last morning
