Full breakfast options and good value. The hotel is a beautiful art deco style and very much in the centre of the city and short walk from Lime Street station. The hotel has some original fittings and that adds to its charm. For example the room has an original radiator with manual control. Then it has an ultra modern TV ext. And usb port on the double socket. Ok, it's not gone a swimming pool, not sure about a gym. But it's good for resting and for that property with history. The lounge area is simple gorgeous to hang out.

This hotel was once rather grand (in the Edwardian period) now rather showing its age. That said, very convenient location, parking available at rear of hotel & surprisingly quiet. Excellent for train station & metro. Great bars & restaurants yards from the hotel & shopping centre on your doorsteps. Stay here when in Liverpool always, as so easy.

Staff was welcoming and good. However, my bathroom had a hair tuft in it, so cleaning staff had not done their job properly. Also 1 of the towels had a stain. Also you have to pay for internet yourself, whereas most hotels provide free wifi. So it was quite a let down.

Love the history. Close and convenient to all amenities. Room clean and comfortable although the rafiators were on at an unbearable heat we slept with all windows open even when it was snowing outside.

The hotel is a historic building with interesting interior architecture. Public areas were nice but the room had seen better days. The bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was good.

The room was beyond shabby. Dirty radiators, toilet, with dirty drips all over. Glass on floor by both beds. Hole in bathroom door. Holes in bathroom walls. Beds really uncomfortable weve both got back ache. The one pillow provided each was lumpy. Just horrendous. The first room we were given was that hot ut melted my lipstick. Moved to another room see above description. Plus tv was crackly & unwatchable.

Aldelphi is a beautiful old hotel with stunning features. Some areas are a bit dated but room was more than sufficient and spacious. staff are friendly and it is very central to Liverpool attractions.

Nice old hotel our room had two lamps for lighting and one of the lamps didn’t work,asked for a room with a bath but there was no plug,the bathroom door and paintwork were filthy,the sink had a coating of scum on it , could do with a deep clean ,but the hotel is centralised so was happy to put up with the faults

Always stay here when on boozy night in Liverpool, if you've been on 4 in a bed and you go round looking under the bed and pulling the shower apart the place may not be for you, but it suits me. Comfy bed, rooms warm and cleanish. With 2 bars downstairs and most importantly these days it's cheap. What more do you want.
