Holiday Home 'Son Aloui' with Mountain Views, Shared Pool and Wi-Fi

Charming estate set in the heart of Mallorca’s countryside, perfect for unwinding and enjoying peace and quiet. The property features the main house with 2 double bedrooms and a separate stone building called “the annex,” which can accommodate up to 3 guests. Surrounded by fields, with views of the Tramuntana mountains and a small pool ideal for summer refreshment, this bright and serene retreat welcomes couples, families, and nature lovers.



As you enter Son Aloui, the main house is on the left and the independent stone annex is on the right, providing comfortable, distinct spaces.



In the center of the estate, a path leads to the built-in barbecue area, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains, countryside, and horse park. This spot is ideal for outdoor meals and games of pétanque.



About 20 meters along the path, you’ll find the parking area with space for up to 4 cars.



The main house has two double bedrooms, each about 12 m², both with a 160 x 200 cm bed, desk, and storage space—offering comfort for both short and extended stays.



There is one shared full bathroom in the main house, next to the kitchen, equipped with a shower, sink, WC, and shelves for each guest’s belongings.



The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob and oven, fridge, and freezer, and opens to the living room. A small step leads to the bright, welcoming lounge-diner.



A large window in the living room opens onto a spacious covered terrace (about 8 x 5 m) with a big table for up to 10 people. From here, enjoy open, magical views of the Tramuntana mountains and countryside.
