never again, bed was so low had to crawl out. bathroom sink was plugged up and would only drain slowly, bathroom wall paper was peeling off the wall, sink electrical outlet was so worn out that you had to hold your hair dryer plug into the outlet other wise it would fall out

The service was good, nice to have a free breakfast and a free parking. Three star is for the unbearable smell in the room and the hotel itself. Blankets could be replaced for a newer ones. The hotel needs a refresher job. Sad the police had to be called at 2 am for a disturbance from one room.

The front desk lady is of well professionalism and good service attitude. She is kind and nice and patient. Her way of managing can be in the case study test book. One thing that can make this property even better is that I noticed some guests talked loud via their phone. And one homeless guy sleep under the stairs outside.

This hotel surprised me. There weren’t many options by the time we booked, we chose this more from lack of choices than anything but it was a good little find. It has not been updated in a long time but it was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The night prior to this hotek, we stayed in an updated hotel but the bathroom was filthy. I will take outdated and clean any day!!! I docked a star because of the hot tub out of order, breakfast did not have all the items the menu we received on check in had on it, the keys didn’t always work, it took several tries to get into the door. However, these are slight and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was fine for 1 night, but i would not want to be there more. The exterior is falling apart. It worked for a less expensive overnight during a roadtrip. But i wouldnt say there was anything to really like. It was a slight step up from motel 6

Based on the septic issues they obviously had the entire place smelled of piss and bowel movements. Rhe cleaning staff was very active constantly cleaning to cover the smell. But it couldn't be tamed. Our room keys kept demagnetizing. I was locked out the building at 3am because my key didn't allow me into the entrance near my room. The bathroom door wasn't on it's hinge but once I called the front desk Luiz came and repaired that and our window that was also broken I found things left from previous customers in iur room too.

Clean room and tidy-up very nice every day. Breakfast attendant was on top of everything making sure it was fresh and refilled. Front desk was very polite, and helpful, even to the point of printing for me a couple of personal email single page documents.
