Staff very was nice, rooms was very clean, bed and pillows was to hard for my liking. No fridge in room. They only had a portable personal ice machine they only makes ice for about 2 drinks at a time for the entire hotel. Love the atmosphere.

Heat did not work the last night. Told management, he brushed it off. Our view was of 2 homeless tents, railroad tracks. Very noisy location. Tiny rooms. Price was’t adequate for this hotel. Definitely not worth $200 a night, $100 would be more adequate.

Accessibility to Victoria Station, Victoria Coach Station and Transport for London bus lines. The twin room was just big enough for us, clean, with comfortable beds. The air conditioning and heating system in the room, although a bit hard to figure out, worked well when we learned how to operate them.

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean but a bit small once you got your luggage into the room. Hotel is very close to the rail line so it is a bit noisy. But it was very convenient to be close to the train and the bus.
