Near to Westminster Parliament, Big Ben and a few tube stops from Piccadilly. Modern, clean and friendly hotel. Rooms are spacious. Beds and nice but pillows are dreadful and lumpy.

We had a very disappointing stay here, multiple issues and the staff simply didn’t know the correct information upon check in. The lady who was on the suite check in finally knew what she was doing but didn’t sadly offer any kind of reconciliation after all our issues raised .

The most disappointing thing was the shower. The shower head did not stay straight. After adjusting it, it would lean heavily to the side and not matter how much I tried it would just not point remotely straight down just aggressively to the sides. There was stains on the carpet and the curtains and there was a lot of wear and tear on the furniture in the room and bathroom. In the bathroom there was nowhere to hang up your towels. Even the hand towel just had to be put on the side next to the sink. Was an okay stay but to say how expensive the hotel is not worth the price. Also the hotels signature sent was very musky and masculine and we found it overpowering and unpleasant. The hotel room lights system is weird and confusing and why not just have a switch of button for each light rather than group the lights together in the buttons. Overall would not stay again or recommend it to anyone else but if you like to stay in a place that has high masculine energy then go for it.

The Park Plaza is a beautiful hotel in Central London with stunning view to tge London Eye and Big Ben. Close to transportation and the Westminster and Waterloo stations!
