We had a great evening in this hotel. The location is the best that can be. Close to all theaters, bars, restaurants,and shopping. The room was small but in an excellent condition. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very nice. We had a very nice time and for sure will be back.

Nice comfy no frills hotel in excellent location for the west end. Very quiet given the location. Shower was good and bed comfy. Will be back.

A nice stay, but different than we expected
We had a nice stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, period, and super-perfect if you are interested in the theatre district. Proximity to the theatre district was our top priority. The price was really superb given the location and service and security were great. The downside is really just the mismatch between how this hotel appears in the description in Hotels.com and real life. the nice old building shown in the description is a building across the road; we actually had trouble finding the hotel because we kept looking around the building shown in the pictures of the description in Hotels.com. Attached is a picture of the actual hotel entrance. Also, the room in real life looks nowhere near as big as the room in the pictures. Maybe that was a suite or something or the effects of mirrors and angles. Our room was something like 21 x 10 feet with 6 x 9 feet devoted to the bathroom. To open both of our rollies I had to put mine on the windowsill. The have a great slogan - "Don't visit - Live it." If the hotel had a decent and realistic description I would easily give the place a 10 out of 10. The description should read "Killer price on a small room in a fantastic location. It's not easy to hang around in your room but with so much to do outside you won't want to stay inside the building. Great security and a place you can use as a home base for a great time in London." With some realistic photos, this would be a great description for a nice place to stay.
