The property was excellent in regards to security and safety and cleanliness. Although I was not offered any of the Expedia VIP options, any exception request we made to the staff was always taken care for additionally, it was very peculiar, but in one case for my children in the room, the housekeeping young lady came in did her job well no problem the next time we had a similar situation I was explaining that they could not clean the room at all, unless everybody was vacated from the room. The concierge service is great. The front desk service was very good to us on all matters the food service staff included breakfast buffet excellent

The hotel is in Central London as described, but the smaller rooms are slightly cramped and awkward, the internal rooms atrium windows don't really assist as the lack of natural light makes the rooms look smaller. The hotel is clean, but a little dated, and worn woodwork is visible in the vestibule and service areas. The hotel also had an issue in my room with hot water, but the staff moved me to another room. The hotel staff were very good however, and this was a positive point in the stay. Still, a good hotel nevertheless.
