I like the location of this hotel. Easy excess to attractions and shopping. Most of the staff were very helpful. On the down side guest rooms need attention. Bathroom fixtures and fittings corroding.

Excellent service from the staff straight away from entering the hotel. The room we had was very spacious and clean and even though being next-door to Waterloo railway station, you could not hear any noise from outside. Five minutes walking from Parliament./Downing Street/London eye. And not much further away is Buckingham Palace/Trafalgar Square and all the posh shops. I would give the hotel 9 1/2 out of 10 only halfway because of a cupboard door which wouldn’t close properly. Thank you.

I love staying here. There was some evidence of disrepair in the bathroom - one of the floor tiles was loose and the caulk around the tub was a little old looking. But overall, the stay was lovely! I’ll definitely be back.

This place was really nice and comfortable. The best thing was that it was so centric from where we wanted to go. We loved the area and the walking distance to the London Parlament building (Big Ben). The receptionists were nice and the rooms were great and spacious. This is a good place to stay if you need to do things at County Hall or Waterloo. Glad I stayed here for County Hall. It is modern and fast to check in and out of. This is why I recommend it. The view of London Eye was good too.

Can't beat the location. The property was very well maintained. The front desk personnel were quite nice, but could be a bit more knowledgable about local area services/amenities and London locations and attractions. Breakfast was excellent. Other in- house dining was just OK. We had a great time.
