The hotel lies about VIP access. We were not offer free room upgrades, and we ended up with a room with a view of a wall on the second floor. Housekeeping is not very good at cleaning. Stains on the walls, hairs in the shower drain. Just not a very clean hotel.

I like the place, they change the linens and clean the room daily. The only issue was the toilet, it has a bath tub that you need to have a big effort to go in, its too high and the water splashes on the floor, there is no closure, the water is strong though
