Stayed for 7 days. Helpful reliable staff. The original room we were given had AC issues that could not be fixed without the technician going into the ceiling but the hotel staff was quick to move us into anther room. The phone wasn’t working in the new room and again the problem was immediately fixed. The breakfast buffet was also very good with a good selection of foods.

Overall a pleasant stay albeit the hotel is need of a refurb: carpets look quite used, parts of bed kept coming off. Daily housekeeping did not stretch bedsheets.

AC does not work for most rooms

Hotels ac not working, were given a room with no ac, later offered fans and finally after a long fight were given a room with ac working. Seems an ongoing problem with the hotel

Next to bus stops! Grocery store and Restaurants are nearby. Walkable to shopping and some attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. If the ac had worked successfully I would give a five star. Breakfast is great!

Would not stay hear again

Was sent an email the day before saying if I did not pay by 10 the next day the booking would be cancelled (booking was to pay at hotel) Hotels.com gave me confidence this would not be the case. Very busy on check-in, but requested an early check-in which was confirmed. Room was OK, clean but tired and only an OK standard. Lifts very busy, so a lot of waiting or use the stairs. The breakfast food was good and plentiful, but the seating arrangements far too crowded with people constantly bumping and pushing past tables.

The location was amazing. Easy transportation near the hotel. Amazing Italian restaurant and super market close by. But the room was small for a suite.

Great hotel, but AC does not work so the main thing for a hotel is being able to sleep well and unfortunately that was a struggle with no AC in a very warm london.

Enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast and convenient location. Room was nice but not as clean as other Marriott’s we’ve been in. Old sponge found under bed, bedding had some stains etc. But I would still say a good experience overall.
