Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Any time I interacted with the staff they were helpful and friendly, they truly care about customer service. Didn't check out other facilities (eg gym) or restaurants but hallways and room was very clean. Staff was responsive to requests.

Got put in a room where sunlight doesnt reach. By 5pm felt like a dungeon. Paid the same as everyone else. Ruined my trip as i felt so claustrophobic i was ready to scream. Dont go here.

Enjoyed my time at the hotel. Great location. Walkable distance to The London eye, Houses of Parliament and Southbank centre. Staff were brilliant. The hotel has a great modern vibe and a lot to explore with the building. Highly recommended, and I will for sure be going again.

All is excellent my second stay there. this time the main phone doesn't work and the closet light was damaged. Restaurant is outstanding and when had an issue they did lot to offset the minor problem they got outstanding. will return
