Check in host made the stay.
Check in host was really lovely and helpful. Her name was Helena. She offered me and my daughter a complimentary breakfast as last year I had an unpleasant experience with the breakfast. She also gave me chocolate for my birthday. This alone made the trip feel worthwhile. Really excellent service.
