Staff were great. Room was fine, but there was an odd odour to the room which was unpleasant. Breakfast was very mediocre at best. Coffee was awful, sausage roll was nasty. Scrambled eggs were out of a carton, croissants were reheated out of a packet. Won’t bother next time, if there is a next time.

Stayed in bed room 615. Every hour through the night there was a very loud thrumming sound for 5&10minures which woke me even with ear plugs in. It was either heating, air con or laundry being done and prevented rest. Reception simply shrugged when I mentioned it which was very disappointing.
