So we were sent to this property because of a friends recommendation. When we got there, it seemed to be a greatlocation. Very easily accessible by metro. The rooms were clean and it seemed fine.
The last night that we were there, we decided to have dinner in the steak house. When our food came, my daughter took a bite of the onion soup and threw up allover her food and the three people sitting across from her.
That. being said, of course we had to order more food to replace the food that was vomited on.
They never asked us to move tables, they never asked us if we needed asssitance. We ordered replacement food (the food had just come to the table) I have to say that they never came and cleaned up. The allowed a restaurant full of people to sit there with a table full vomit. When we got the check, I came back down after getting my daughter settled in the room, they charged us for the 2nd dishes even though the first dishes werent even touched besides the vomit.
I have to say that this is unacceptable and honestly, they did me really wrong. I would never stay there again.

I would stay here each and every time visiting London close to the tube and one stop to the main tube lines. You can order food until 10:30 pm in the hotel and a 24 McDonalds in case you get in late. The beds are lovely slept great every night. It's about 45/60 min from the airport. Definitely book here if you get a good deal.

Poor lighting, it took two days for them to fix the lights. The toilet wouldn’t flush right and after they serviced it, it still didn’t work right and this lasted for our four night stay. Calling the front desk four times and they never answered it
