This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to London. From the time I booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The place was spacious, comfortable, and suited with all of the amenities we could have asked for. I would highly recommend the flat for anyone who wants a comfortable home to stay in while visiting London. We would love to return!

Lovely flat in great location
Flat was spacious and in a great location. The management company sent us the wrong information for checking in (said to pick up the key from a key nest location) but in fact it was in a lock box. Eventually we got the right info, but it was very worrying as we thought the key had not been returned to the lock box.

We stayed here twice due a change in plans. Both times we were emailed that a representative would meet us at the apartment. Neither time did this happen. We had to call after being dropped off there. The first occasion we got a lockbox code which could have been given to us in the first place. The second time we were told to go to a seedy liquor store where a creepy guy would not give us the key right away. This was horrible!
